David's main area of expertise is in commercial property, with over two thousand transactions successfully completed. He has been an estate agent in the Middlesex area for over forty years. Most notably, David established Wilson Hawkins Plc in 1970, which he later merged with Corbett Altman. In 2006, David went on to sell his shares in the company and set up David Wilson in partnership with his wife Sue. Sue is a specialist in residential property sales, with over twenty years of experience. Her work in this sector began with Wilson Hawkins, which she left to establish own firm – Wilsons of Bovingdon in Hertfordshire. Following the merger between Wilson Hawkins and Corbett Altman, Sue sold her firm in Hertfordshire, to become a valuer and negotiator at the Northwood branch of Corbett Altman. Now, as a partner at David Wilson, Sue’s focus will primarily be on commercial transactions, but both she and David will be happy to advise on residential matters. |
